WIAL certifies coaches at four levels. All coaches must renew certification every 2 years by completing continuing education hours and submitting a recertification application.
All certifications require renewal every 2 years. Coaches must complete 32+ continuing education hours, submit practice session records, and complete a recertification application form via the portal. Reminders are sent 3 months, 2 months, and 1 month before the deadline.
All certification badges are reviewed and approved by the Executive Director before being published.
